About this service.
Blocked ears make conversations hard work, and cotton buds tend to make it worse. Microsuction clears the wax with a fine suction device under direct vision, so nothing is flushed blindly into the canal.
We look in both ears first with an otoscope. If there is no wax, or if we see something that needs a GP, we tell you and you are not charged for a procedure you do not need.
Most people notice the difference immediately, in the chair. It takes about half an hour and there is no water, no mess and no need to soften for days beforehand in most cases.
